#1 When will undergrounding finally get done? It's been in the works for 10 years! #2 The noise from the party and sightseeing boats that blast music and commentary a few feet from my yard are more than a nuisance. They come much to close to land and are much too loud. The high taxes I pay for the privilege of living on the water should protect me from this invasion of privacy. If it were coming from the road the police would enforce the law and it would not be tolerated. #3 One extra lane will not decrease the traffic congestion and pollution from trucks going to the port. Let's put Watson Island to better use. The beauty and tranquility of the islands is being destroyed. Stop the maddness!

The economy is tough. We need to be able to offset taxes someway. Rental helps periodically (as an option if need be).

#1 very important- star island indian creek or la gorce are just in so much better shape than palm/hiiscus. #2 dont really see any problems? maybe sightseeing boats but not sure what we can do against them? #3 even though discussed many times the security at the palm gaurdhouse has not improved - they still let everyone pass without question. #4 will volunteer if you need me for anything #5 while I do not approve the way this was (mis)reppresented at the city i do appreciate that there is finally an opion poll about it. if you share the (unbiased) resultsa with me i would reconsider supporting the association

The Palm Island exit needs to be narrowed to stop people from speeding around the electronic gate and camera... A simple set of orange cones will resolve this issue.

#2 driving around island - trash in streets. controlling noise at 4am and 2am from parties also needed. if someone plants a shrub tal or thick along their house or porperty they should take care of all side of it - mant ficus are overgrown into the street. #3 opening both enterancesat same time has een done often and can cause an accident #6 how will it affect the causeway traffic?

we are seeing increasing number of large commercial being parked on our streets fro extended period of time..also cide unforcement on individual homeowners propoeties..plus we need to STOP using center median for doggie toliet

Security: Security from water is a concern. Re Guard Gate: There are several great officers in our Guard House Officers Infantee Jimmy Mercia Sargent Rabelo and Eddie. They continously go beyond the call of duty for our residents. They always have a great attidue and a pleasure to see them at our gate. I have called them on numerous occasions over the 11 years and have never once had a hickup of a response I feel very secure when they are at the guard house. Re: The Tunnel Question: I belive in time or war building a tunnel near our port is not wise. Also our taxes -- we should work on reducing them not increasing them with projects that have potential overrun. Thank You.

Question: why the city of Miami Beach fail to paint the traffic lines in the bridge to Hibiscus Is. as they did in the Palm Is. Bridge?? Strong opposition from our part to the tunnel in Watson Is.

Tim Our biggest concern is what is going to be done with the camera system. We both know what happened at my sisters house and there is no video to look at. What if there was a kidnapping or something worst on the island. We have no security what so ever!!! The CAMERA SYSTEM must be working properly everyone on the island believes that they can come to the system and look at any images in case of emergency. Unfortunately that is not the case!! Something needs to be done yesterday! I am sure if the other residents find out about this they are going to be thinking just like us. Please keep me posted as what i going to be done

The guardhouse has improved but the police are still not greeting visitors. We have made significant progress in reducing house rentals for loud parties. However we must remain vigilant.
