Too much traffic on the only route to South Beach for everyone going to So Bch

It's about time that our Excecutive Director while driving down our Roads with Blinders On Pay Attention to Dangerous Broken Road Surfaces espceially on the Corners of Side Strets on South and North Hibiscus. Dog Walkers and Joggers trying to avoid fast moving Traffic are Constantly exposed to these Hazards which is just waiting for a Major Fall or Accident to happen. City of Miami Beach is Liable for a Law Suit except they don't know because they have not been notified by Tim. In the past my Husband always contacted Mike Alvarez and Corrective Action was taken by the City in one Week. Since Road Renovation in connection with Undergrounding is not in the immediate Future and Tim has such great Connections with the City Administration he should have done this ON HIS OWN MANY tIMES instead of My Husband he never said even THANKS when Ernest notified him by EMAil of Alvarez Contact

#2. sightseeing and party boats #5. too expensive and too congestive - the cruise ships are taking over and they dont pay much MIAMI taxes or US taxes!

#5. won't that divert downtown traffic to m. beach?

#3. Driving around the exit gate... Place orange cones to prevent people from running the exit gate. #6. I would like to thank all the board members for all their time and efforts.

#1. drainage after stroms - electrical surges/outages east palm even with underground elec

#1. Many house on N. Coconut Ln. keep their trash cans always on the street. That gives an awful look to the street.

#1. when is this project going to start. #3. I think people from the outside are getting here and they don't even ask where they are going I really we have no security here at all - that is why we are getting so many robberies here

#5. Fervently against! A nightmare in the making. #6. Keep up the great work.

#3. I'm happy with it.

#3. Gaurds should not socialize with owners when working or before or after.

#1. Been waiting for a long time!!! More lights #2. also need to fix your camera system better my sister 305 N. Coconut Lane house was broken in and your cameras no good

#2. alternative side parking weekly on coconut lane. Head on car meetings are too frequent. #3. Gaurds are leaving post vacant while they socialize with others in rear of gaurdhouse leaving the security arm raised #5. time limit penalty - cost over run provisions with triple A guaruntee or insurance - provision for fast access for emergency vehicles

#1. coconut lane should have weekly alternate parking only on east and west side of road #2. shrubs should be no higher than code on all sides of each property #3. guards should not leave gaurdhouse tp socilize in the rear. Not even with other police officers. #4. Unless incleament weather guards should be outside facing incoming traffic to be seen by all entrants. they can be seated as they desire. #5. How will it affect traffic on the Causeway? On the enterance or exit of the Causeway? #6. Plants should be replaced in the midway that leads to the lane on the South side of Palm Ave. road to those whose height will not restrict the vision to pedestrians children or vehicles on that road.

#3. Officer shall ask any unknown vehicles for ID and where they are going and call the proprietor.

#1. Dont want to pay any money towards this project at all. We pay enough taxes! #3. Better security should be enforced

I would be in favor if there are guarrantees that this project would not increase traffic flow to the islands and South BEach. The causeway is congested enough as it is.

Biggest concerns: speeders careening around blind corners with stop signs at 25 mph; barking dogs/loud parties (but I think it's become better); a second drinking fountain and a tiny restroom at park would be nice and now a "pet" peeve... People letting their dogs run loose off the leash (some dogs can do it without problem; I'm referring to those agressive dogs which bark and pursue...particularly after smaller dogs being walked nearby on leash). EXAMPLE: at 16 Palm Ave. almost every time I walk/bike past there the gate is open and two dogs either rush out barking or are already at the street. Usually I am with a leashed small dog and SEVERAL TIMES the dogs have assaulted my dog jumping on top if it making it yelp pitifully. The owners have witnessed it a couple times and call the dogs but never apologize nor say a word to me. I don't think the dogs are vicious towards humans but have a strong territorial urge and should be confined or leashed. One dog is black the other white/spotted medium large. I am opposed (cost) to Hibiscus undergrounding. Tunnel opposition also based on cost vs. benefit returned. Thank you.

#2. bicycle lane no parking by park #3. It has improved on officers checking visitor lane but not all officers follow thru. #5. cheaper to run a raised highway similar to I-395 to port. Also least disruptive approach.

#3. checking each car coming through day and night. Not leaving the gate open even during the day. #6. opposed to the boats anchoring in the canal near our homes. #1 concern

#2. speed limits should somehow be better enforced. #3. no control of visitors to this island #5. spending money that we dont benefit from

#2. occasionally there are cars driving to fast but overall this issues are not a great concern to me

#1. will be glad to serve on committies #4. Call Steve for any committee you need help on.

Traffic lights must be synchronized better!

#2. All of these are big issues. #3. Please have police stop more cars. Circle Islands during parties. #5. If the tunnel is along 395 + will add congestion to the highway I am opposed.

#2. No one stops at Foutain St. at stop sign next to Rod and Reel and opposite stop!!

The guards should appear to be less casual at their post. People coming onto the islands should not get the impression that the guard is not paying attention. On the Watson Island Tunnel would like to know how our Islands will be impacted as a result.Undergrounding is an absolute necessity. Excess speed on the roadways is a problem. Could we install more speed bumps??
