Palm & Hibiscus Street Light Replacement Starts tomorrow

The PHS Islands Association is pleased to announce that, following our advocacy regarding defective street lamps, the City will begin replacing all street lamps and poles on Palm and Hibiscus Islands starting Monday, January 12.
