History
The PHS Islands were not always so tranquil. Before it became the lush hideaway it is now, it was home to the 1940’s (in)Famous Latin Quarter Nightclub. Let us tell you the story of our islands, from the time there were formed to now.
Mission
The Palm, Hibiscus and Star Islands Association was created to protect and enhance the amazing PHS Islands lifestyle. The elected board of directors and it’s committees work in unison to keep the islands safe, fun and beautiful.
